Remember when the news broke last year that homebuilder Otto “Buz” DiVosta purchased the last piece of prime, undeveloped land around Jupiter known as Parcel 19? Located at the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and Florida’s Turnpike, Parcel 19 is a 300 acre section of land with endless development possibilites and was purchased from WCI Communities, Inc. for an incredibly low $6 million. At the time of purchase, it was still unclear what DiVosta’s plan was for Parcel 19, but it appears now that new construction single-family homes may be the answer.
Now that the month of July is winding down here in Jupiter, Florida and the dog-days of summer are in full swing, it’s almost time to start thinking back-to-school preparation and the always anticipated football season.
