Conveniently located just off Interstate 95 at Donald Ross Road, Alton in Palm Beach Gardens was first set into motion in late 2013 when Kolter Homes bought the 600 acre development site, paying a reported $127.5 million. Model homes are expected to open in early 2016 and the first home sale is scheduled to close in January. In all, the entire Alton in Palm Beach Gardens project should take about 8 years to complete.
