Reports Indicate Ritz-Carlton Purchased by Donald Trump
In case you missed it, Donald Trump’s shopping spree continues in South Florida as news broke last week that the famed billionaire from New York has made a deal to purchase the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa in Jupiter. According to a report from GossipExtra.com, the deal has been announced to Ritz-Carlton homeowners, but has not been made official among the general public. The 215-acre luxury golf club is loaded with luxury homes for sale and consists of several different housing and club options: The Ritz Carlton Estates, Ritz Carlton Villas, Ritz Carlton Residences, and the Ritz Carlton Club Homes. In addition, the Ritz-Carlton also offers non-resident and social packages that include access to the club concierge, membership at the golf course, admittance to the 68,000 square foot club house and swimming complex, and quite few more extras offered throughout the club.
Along with the Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida and Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Jupiter deal now marks the third golf course property in Palm Beach County owned by Trump. Back in late-February of this year, it was announced that Trump also bought the famed Doral Hotel & Country Club near Miami, which had been in bankruptcy for almost a year.
