Delray Beach gets high marks for its police, fire and emergency workers as well as its public recreation options.  The ranking also says that most homes in Delray Bach are well maintained with quiet neighborhoods, home to highly educated residents.

Coming in at seven on the list, and earning an overall “A” grade is Boca Raton.  This small city is home to about 86,000 residents with median home values more than double that of the national average.  Even so, about 70% of all residents own their own home.

A majority of residents in Boca Raton hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree and have a high opinion about living in the city.  Boca Raton receives high marks for its parks and public libraries as well as its well-maintained homes and neighborhoods.
