Tickets Now on Sale for Palm Beach Food & Wine Fest

Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival 2015
If you love experiencing new food and wine, you won’t want to miss the annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Fest.  Marking its ninth year, tickets are now available for the 2015 festival, showcasing some of the industry’s most renowned chefs and leaders in the wine industry.  This year’s event kicks off on December 10 and runs through December 13, with events held at the Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach, as well as a select number of other local sites.

The four-day festival is known for bringing in a respectable line-up of chefs, with the full-lineup of participating restaurants expected to be released in mid-September.  Already, though, details of the event are being released, including the addition of veteran chefs like Clay Conley of Buccan.  The festival begins with tickets to “The First Bite”, held at his open-kitchen restaurant in Palm Beach.  The four-course dinner will include an open bar and wine pairing.  Also on Thursday night, a team of chefs plans to collaborate together to celebrate sustainable seafood programs at PB Catch Seafood & Raw Bar in Palm Beach.  This is a five-course dinner, also including wine pairings with an open bar.

Additionally, both Friday and Saturday feature afternoon and evening events at the Four Seasons Resort, The Breakers and Meat Market.  As well, several chefs will also take part in an industry event called “Chef Talks” on Saturday at the Four Seasons.  The festival wraps up on Sunday with an afternoon event, plus what’s been dubbed the “Grand Tasting”, featuring more than 30 wineries and more than 60 restaurants from South Florida serving up celebrated dishes and fantastic wines.  Held at The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, the event will also feature celebrity chef book signings, a fashion show, as well as competition between local chefs, competing for a $10,000 prize.

Tickets for individual events range in price; with weekend festival passes also available.
If you’re planning on going to any of the events, though, keep in mind that you do need to be at least 21 years old to enter.  Kids are not allowed, including infants.
