Jupiter Oceanfront Condos For Sale

Whether you’re looking for the right vacation property or downsizing to a stunning Jupiter condo with an ocean view, there’s lots of available opportunities here to own a condo with million-dollar views, only without spending $1 million.

It goes without saying that much of the appeal about living in Jupiter specifically relates to the ocean, and living near the water is usually high up on most home buyers’ wish list. The problem with that however, is that living on the water usually requires paying a premium, and some waterfront condos for sale in Jupiter can even exceed prices of $4 million.

Believe it or not though, local condominiums on the ocean for under that $1 million price tag do actually exist, and there’s even a larger inventory of such

ArtFest By The Sea 2015

Between the snowbirds, spring breakers, and those just trying to briefly escape the harsh winter weather up north, March is one of the busiest months of the year for the Jupiter-Palm Beach area, and this year certainly won’t be any different.

The beaches will be full of energy, Major League Baseball’s Spring Training will be in full swing, and some of the coolest outdoor festivals and events take place in March, with one of our favorites being the Art Fest by the Sea.

This year’s event, which will be held on March 7th and 8th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., marks the 27th year for this one-of-a-kind festival, and over the decades, it’s become one of the most highly anticipated springtime traditions for full-time residents and short-term visitors alike.

Golfers Who Live in Jupiter, FL

The Palm Beach area, and Jupiter in particular, have some of the best golf facilities and courses in the world. Back in 2013, Golf Digest referred to Jupiter as “Golf’s Hotspot,” and when you take into consideration the number of world-renowned clubs, the incredible year-round weather, and the fact that there’s no state income tax in Florida, it’s easy to see why Jupiter has evolved into a true golf mecca for both your average weekend golfer and some of the world’s best professionals.

At last count, Jupiter is now the home of 11 professional golfers—10 who play on the PGA Tour and one on the LPGA—and every year, it seems that number continues to grow, especially when you expand out into other parts of Palm Beach County. So while many might assume

ArtiGras 2015 - Palm Beach Area Events

Gearing up for its 30th year, the annual ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival is fast-approaching, and what’s gone from being a small, local art show is now one of the biggest, most-anticipated fine arts festivals in the country. Expected to attract more than 85,000 art lovers, collectors, and local Palm Beach area residents, this year’s ArtiGras will take place over President’s Day Weekend (February 14th through the 16th) over at Abacoa Town Center in Jupiter, FL, and like always, will be a great opportunity to check out some pretty spectacular pieces from artists all over the U.S.

The Fine Art Juried Showcase, ArtiGras’ main event, will include works from 300 different artists in 13 different categories, while various awards will be handed out that recognize

Jupiter Home Prices

According to the most recent S&P/Case-Schiller Home Price Index, home price increases in South Florida are among the best in the entire country right now, as Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties saw an 8.4 percent jump in December from a year ago—a percentage that’s only 2nd to San Francisco’s 9.3 percent increase.

Many housing experts across the U.S. consider Case-Shiller to be the best indicator of home prices due to it tracking individual houses over time rather than using median home prices and sold homes in any given month.

However, it’s important to note that the index isn’t fully up-to-date with Realtor board numbers, not to mention it doesn’t include condo prices, which are especially relevant in oceanfront communities around Palm Beach
