24-Story Condo Tower Likely Coming to 1309 S. Flagler in West Palm Beach
Despite being taller than what city regulations allow for a site that’s smaller than 1.4 acres, the city commission essentially gave developers the green light to build a new, 24-story luxury condo tower at 1309 S. Flagler Street in West Palm Beach.
According to reports, the vote to initially approve the project was unanimous, although a final vote will still be needed in just a few short weeks.
If ultimately built, the new 1309 S. Flagler Street condo tower will have just 42 units—only two residences per floor—but still be among the tallest towers in West Palm Beach.
Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures are behind the condo proposal, and plans also call for units to have private elevator access, deep wraparound balconies with sweeping ocean views, and for buyers to have the option to combine units and buy and entire floor.
