Celine Dion Drops The Asking Price of Her Home By Nearly $30 Million
Celine Dion listed her Jupiter Island mansion for $72.5 million in 2013, and has recently reduced its price to $45.5 Million, which is a reduction of $27 million.Â
The 5.7 acre property sports a 10,000 square foot home with five bedrooms, an elevator, and a media room. The mansion was built in 2010 by Celine and her late husband Rene. The property also boasts and right bedroom guest house, a water park, pool house, beach house, and a tennis pavilion and simulated golf range.Â
The property has been re-listed with a new brokerage who believes that the $45.5 price point is the right price to sell the property. It is hard to value a property like this because there are only about half a dozen or so potential buyers for a property of this magnitude.Â
