The layout makes it feel spacious for the square footage. 1 room is a king bed that can be made in to two twins. 1 room is a queen bed. The couch is a pull-out queen bed. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, etc., We have added to some of these rooms since photos with storage, shades and decor. Washer and dryer are in the house. Big backyard as well. If bringing pets, please make sure they are not problematic and if anything is ruined because of pets tenant agrees to replace. I am flexible with lease duration.
