In the Arissa Place subdivision located off Greenview Shores Boulevard, the luxury condos list in the upper $100’s for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the non-gated townhome community of Brier Patch features 2-story homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, and prices from the upper $100’s to mid $200’s.
