3 Can't Miss St. Patrick's Day Events Around Jupiter-Palm Beach in 2015
With spring break right around the corner, MLB’s spring training finally underway, and of course all the festivities surrounding St. Patrick’s Day, March is a busy time of the year down in the Jupiter-Palm Beach area, and if you plan on being in town for the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day celebration, here’s a quick look at just some of what might be going on:
Shamrock & Shenanigans
March 14th, 2015 - Abacoa Town Center from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.Arguably one of the best St. Patrick’s Day festivals in Jupiter, this annual Irish-inspired event will feature live Irish/Celtic music, authentic Irish food, and even a wide range of children’s play areas with bounce houses and slides, arts and crafts, and plenty more. Oh, and what St. Patrick’s Day celebration is complete without green beer and bagpipes?
47th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival
March 13th-14th - Delray Beach Center for the Arts; March 13th from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.; March 14th from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.A two day festival that features one of the largest St. Patrick’s Day parades in the nation, 2015 marks the 47th year for this annual St. Paddy’s Day event, which will also include Irish dancers, bagpipers, arts and crafts vendors, and plenty of tasty Irish fare.
Irish Fest
March 14th-15th - Meyer Amphitheater; March 14th from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.; March 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Although largely an Irish music and dance festival, Irish Fest will also feature an authentic Irish marketplace where festival goers can purchase Irish-inspired gifts and products from Irish artists and vendors. Tickets are only $5.00 and children under 14 are free!
