Those of us who already live in Palm Beach County know it’s a fabulous place to call home for countless reasons. But according to ChamberofCommerce.org, one Palm Beach County city in particular is now considered Florida’s best city to call home in 2019.
Beating out more than 2,500 cities in Florida, Palm Beach Gardens tops the list of Florida’s “Best Cities to Live In” for 2019, and some are even calling it the Sunshine State’s ultimate hidden gem.
Noted for its terrific schools, businesses, restaurants, and of course all the golf courses and gated communities that fill out the Palm Beach Gardens landscape, it’s easy to see what makes the community just so desirable.
In addition, Palm Beach Gardens is also close to Florida’s scenic Atlantic
The new Ancient Tree community in Palm Beach Gardens is making progress as 11 single-family homes have already been sold by builder/developer, DiVosta Homes.
Encompassing roughly 97-acres, Ancient Trees lies between the Avenir development and the Sandhill Crane Golf Club, just east of Coconut Boulevard, and will feature 97 homes on generously-sized lots that measure at least 90 feet wide once construction is finished.
Along with the larger lot sizes, homes for sale in Ancient Trees are also quite spacious, tallying three to four bedrooms with plenty of extra living space for future residents to enjoy.
Home prices within the community start at just $609,990, and developers expect Ancient Tree to be especially popular among people who already

One of the last undeveloped waterfront parcels of land in Jupiter lies where Jones Creek meets the Southwest Fork of the Loxahatchee River. But that could quickly change is Mattamy Homes receives approval from the town council to build homes there.
Once home to radio towers that belonged to R&R Broadcasting Company, the land located at 500 Delaware Boulevard is now overgrown and full of wildlife, which is exactly what makes this latest development proposal so tricky.
As noted in a recent interview featured in the Palm Beach Post, some nearby residents consider the parcel a “true wildlife corridor,” and there are also concerns regarding additional traffic being added to an already dangerous intersection along Indiantown Road should development move
Most newly built homes with a Coastal Modern design offer exactly what today’s home buyers want in a new place to live, and our latest listing located over at 8244 SE Old Plantation Circle is certainly no different.
Situated in Prado’s highly sought-after second phase, this single-story home is bright, open, and ultra-spacious, presenting prospective home buyers with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3,483 square feet of total living space.
Outside, the home’s generous 0.56-acre lot provides more than enough outdoor space and privacy, not to mention sprawling, unobstructed views of one of Prado’s scenic community lakes.
Additional features include a heated swimming pool and spa, a commanding double-door front entry with an upscale look and feel,
Despite being taller than what city regulations allow for a site that’s smaller than 1.4 acres, the city commission essentially gave developers the green light to build a new, 24-story luxury condo tower at 1309 S. Flagler Street in West Palm Beach.
According to reports, the vote to initially approve the project was unanimous, although a final vote will still be needed in just a few short weeks.
If ultimately built, the new 1309 S. Flagler Street condo tower will have just 42 units—only two residences per floor—but still be among the tallest towers in West Palm Beach.
Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures are behind the condo proposal, and plans also call for units to have private elevator access, deep wraparound balconies with sweeping
Palm Beach County saw a population surge from July 2017 to July 2018, according to new numbers from the U.S. Census.
And thanks to no state tax and a recent change in federal tax law that now makes it more challenging to deduct income and property taxes in states like New York, New Jersey, and others around the country, it’s certainly possible more and more people will continue opting for the Sunshine State moving forward.
Back around this exact time last year it was reported that Palm Beach County’s population was projected to surpass 1.5 million people in 2018, even though population projections and statistics can be somewhat inaccurate.
Regardless of the exact figure, however, the low unemployment rate, attractive new tax laws, and of course
The Palm Beach area and gated communities go hand-in-hand. Whether you love the extra sense of privacy and security a gated community offers or all the extra lifestyle amenities most provide, the advantages of buying a gated home are far reaching.
In Palm Beach Gardens, gated homes are especially plentiful, and that can often lead to a much more intense home search. To help narrow down your options, though, we recommend taking a closer look at what we consider a few of the top gated communities in Palm Beach Gardens specifically.
The Cove is one of the more private gated communities you’ll find in the area, consisting of just 20 estate homes. All homes for sale in The Cove were built in the late 2000s, offer between 3,000 and around
A massive new master-planned community is currently in the works for nearby Delray Beach, according to recent reports. Still unnamed, the proposal is calling for nearly 800 new homes, office space, retail space, and also plenty of restaurant space as well.
If approved, the development, which will be a joint-collaboration from 13th Floor Investments, Key International, CDS International Holdings, and New Urban Communities, will aim to “create a world-class, vibrant community where people can live, work, play, and shop, as well as bring about much-needed change to Congress Avenue” in Delray.
For now, the plan will be to include 524 apparent residences, 123 condos, 78 two-story townhomes, 34 three-story townhomes, 70,000 square feet of office space,
Every home buyer has a wish list of demands when it comes to a new place, and here in Jupiter, something with a private boat dock is more often than not a top priority. But with so many different waterfront options available throughout the Palm Beach area, just where should buyers turn if a private dock tops your list of needs and wants? We explore several options below…
While not one of Jupiter’s largest communities, some might say it’s among the most desirable, especially for boat owners. Located along Penn Trail, homes within the Penn Waterway neighborhood mostly all feature a Mediterranean style and floor plans with anywhere from 1,500 to over 4,500 square feet. And with no fixed bridge obstructions, boat owners will also enjoy
