In case you missed it, New York-based developer Time Equities is planning to potentially re-develop its 9.3 acre property at 3111 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach to include five condo towers and an insane amount of retails space.
Itâ€™s current use of office space isnâ€™t quite as lucrative as it once was so finding another way to maximize assets in a rapidly growing West Palm Beach seems to make a lot of sense. For now, plans could call for as many as 300 new condominium residences and 18,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space over the five individual buildings with a separate parking garage also being built to accommodate residents, shoppers, and diners.
