Jupiter Homes For Sale Near Jupiter High School

While some think of August as still just another month of summer, others view it as that dreaded time of year when students start thinking about going back to school. Here in Jupiter, area high school students already kicked off the 2015-2016 school year earlier this week, and for local and regional schools that still haven’t had their first day back yet, chances are it’s right around the corner.

In some ways, getting back to some sort of structure and routine is always nice, but few will argue those first days back can sometimes seem agonizing. In addition to August being designated as the official ‘back-to-school month,' it’s also around that time of year when things usually start picking up again on the real estate side of things, as home buyers

New Construction Homes For Sale in South Florida

It’s been roughly a decade since home builders have been as confident in the housing market as they are right now, and here in South Florida where both the luxury and new construction segments of the market have been especially red hot as of late, that confidence couldn’t be more evident.

According to the National Association of Home Builders’ most recent Housing Market Index (HMI), home builders rated the current market at its highest level since November 2005, which is based largely on current sales of new single-family homes, sales expectations for the next six months, and current traffic of potential home buyers.

The Housing Market Index, which is essentially a survey given every month to home builders in order to gauge current market conditions,

Prices, which exclude beverages, tax, and gratuity, are $20 for lunch, and either $30 or $35 for dinner.
