Palm Beach Gardens Top Florida CityThose of us who already live in Palm Beach County know it’s a fabulous place to call home for countless reasons. But according to ChamberofCommerce.org, one Palm Beach County city in particular is now considered Florida’s best city to call home in 2019. 

Beating out more than 2,500 cities in Florida, Palm Beach Gardens tops the list of Florida’s “Best Cities to Live In” for 2019, and some are even calling it the Sunshine State’s ultimate hidden gem. 

Noted for its terrific schools, businesses, restaurants, and of course all the golf courses and gated communities that fill out the Palm Beach Gardens landscape, it’s easy to see what makes the community just so desirable.

Ancient Tree Palm Beach GardensThe new Ancient Tree community in Palm Beach Gardens is making progress as 11 single-family homes have already been sold by builder/developer, DiVosta Homes. 

Encompassing roughly 97-acres, Ancient Trees lies between the Avenir development and the Sandhill Crane Golf Club, just east of Coconut Boulevard, and will feature 97 homes on generously-sized lots that measure at least 90 feet wide once construction is finished. 

Along with the larger lot sizes, homes for sale in Ancient Trees are also quite spacious, tallying three to four bedrooms with plenty of extra living space for future residents to enjoy.
