Think the luxury condo market in Palm Beach County is cooling down? Think again. Earlier this month, Palm Beach saw its largest condominium transaction in dollar volume in more than a year unfold—a double unit in the exclusive Parc Regent building that sold for $8.31 million.

A 4-bedroom condo with almost 8,000 square feet, a private elevator entrance, and direct views of the Intracoastal Waterway, this particular unit, which was originally listed back in January for $11 million, was the highest price paid for a Palm Beach condo since the sale of a $14 million unit over at II Lugano at 300 Seminole Ave.
To date, Palm Beach’s largest condo sale was also at II Lugano, a penthouse unit that traded for $17.45 million back in 2013.
