According to a report from The Real Deal yesterday, sales at the exciting new Palm Beach Gardens development Azure have already reached $40 million, even despite the fact that construction for the project has yet to begin.
Just 46 units at Azure were made available during the first phase of the project, and so far, 30 contracts have already been signed. When completed, Azure at Palm Beach Gardens will be home to 113 ultra-luxurious condominiums over its two four-story buildings. The largest floor plans here will reach 4,000 square feet and be priced somewhere around $2.3 million, while smaller entry-level units will start in the $900s.
