According to a report from The Real Deal yesterday, sales at the exciting new Palm Beach Gardens development Azure have already reached $40 million, even despite the fact that construction for the project has yet to begin.
Just 46 units at Azure were made available during the first phase of the project, and so far, 30 contracts have already been signed.
