Back in 2010, the site for the Palm Beach Outlets was purchased for $35.5 million and the planning process for an expansive new retail development was just beginning. Fast forward a few years and tack on $200 million more in building costs and the long-awaited, much-anticipated Palm Beach Outlets mall is finally open and attracting an insane amount of visitors in its first week.
Officially making its debut last Friday on Valentine’s Day, the big and beautiful new mall features more than 100 brand-name outlet shops and a whopping 400,000 square feet of retail space—and that’s just Phase 1 of the project.
